We are committed to ensuring the quality and freshness of our nutritional and personal care products. If you’re not completely satisfied with a product purchased from us or an Herbalife Independent Distributor, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return it for a full refund or an exchange. To start the return process, contact us to obtain a Customer Refund Form and send it along with the product to the address we will provide.
Damaged or Defective Products
Should you receive a damaged or faulty product, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receipt. Contact us for the return shipping address, and we’ll cover the cost of returning the defective product and sending you a new one.
Lost or Stolen Return Shipments
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. We strongly advise using a shipping method that includes insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation to safeguard your return.
Return and Exchange Processing Times
Once we receive your return at the warehouse, it typically takes two business days to process the refund or exchange. However, please be aware that there may be a slight delay between the delivery of your return to the warehouse and when we receive notification of its arrival.
